Our quality standards
Multivitamins are among the most popular supplements. However, consumers are generally unaware that many of the individual varieties of ingredients as well as the combined, may be poorly processed by the body and could potentially cause more harm than good. More so, even better available alternatives compared to that of mainstream products may not necessarily help if they do not address the body’s needs.
In Canada, dietary supplement companies are required to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulated under Health Canada to ensure standards of quality, efficacy and safety.
At PRANAVA, we strive to exceed Health Canada's regulatory compliance for our product formulation by improving the ways in which each ingredient can provide consumers with the most effective outcome. Here are our guidelines:
1) Our products are intended to complement - not substitute - nutritional intake from a (healthy) diet; the benefits are beyond simply providing nutrients
2) Ingredient sources that are highly bioavailable, meaning they are well absorbed and utilized by the body
3) The combined ingredients work best together (additive and/or synergistic)
4) Dosages are modest so that they are suitable for long-term use
The quality we have invested into our formulations reflects our belief in the value of our work’s contribution.
